A 60-hectare domain in the Beaujolais, near the Côte d'Or, with calcareous terroirs. The wines are fermented naturally with indigenous yeast and a classic Burgundy vinification. The AOC Moulin-à-Vent is made of 100% Gamay. The wine has a ruby color with violet tinges, aromas of small red berries, such as cherry and raspberry, spices and hints of undergrowth. The palate is generous and velvety.
