This domain from Chignin in Savoie is totally converted to organic and biodynamic cultures for all their products. This wine is made of 100% Jacquère. There's a maceration on skins for 20 days and a soft pressing of 3 hours. The color is an intense orange; the nose is full of tangerine, pear, apricot seed with spicy notes such as turmeric. The wine has a very present tannic structure but is easily drinkable on its own.
