This small trading activity was created by Maxime-François Laurent in 2006 in parallel with the Gramenon estate. It consists of a partnership with a neighboring winegrower whose vineyards cover about 6 hectares and are located in the communes of Montbrison sur lez and Valréas. The plots and the work of the vineyard are followed throughout the year, the whole vineyard is cultivated without chemicals with respect for all life. The subsoils are clay-limestone and the location of the vines give the wines a decidedly fruity and sunny note. The harvest is of course done manually in boxes, the grapes are sorted on the vine. Maxime vinifies all the wines that come out under his label. The vinification is as natural as possible: no sulfur is added at vatting, indigenous yeasts do the fermentation, no fining or filtration, only a light sulfiting after the malolactic fermentation (2 g/hl) - From the web: https://www.domaine-gramenon.fr/les-vins-de-maxime/
