Gérard Boulay

Heir to a line of winegrowers dating back to the 14th century, Gérard Boulay is a discreet and conscientious character who cultivates in the commune of Chavignol. Long before the varietal signature of Sauvignon Blanc, it is the expression of his terroirs that remains his priority. With an ultramodern winemaking tool, he sublimates the 11 hectares of the property which include Les Monts Damnés, Le Clos de Beaujeu and La Grande Côte. On impressive slopes, the vines are pampered and managed in organic agriculture, without being certified. White wines at the top of the Sancerre hierarchy!
