"The Tardys produce direct and expressive Crozes-Hermitage, some cuvées to be consumed young to enjoy the freshness of the fruit and others with a clear aging potential. The quality of the terroirs is enhanced by organic farming, certified since 2013 on all of the 24 hectares that make up the estate, which represents colossal work in the vineyard. This philosophy continues in the cellar by working as naturally as possible: manual harvesting, indigenous yeasts, biodynamic practices, minimal dose of sulfur at bottling.
